Industry trends, market data, regulatory changes, and business strategy. "New STR licensing rules in California" or "How are property managers handling post-pandemic demand?" belong here.
Operational strategies, lessons learned, and how-tos. "How do you manage seasonal staffing?" or "Guest communication templates that work" go here.
Vendor-specific discussion, reviews, and recommendations. This is the place to share concrete experience with a product, ask other users about it, and discuss features and pricing. Vendors can post updates here with disclosure.
Direct questions to vendor teams. If you have a specific question for a company, post it here with their name in the title. Vendors monitor this category and typically respond within 24 hours. Use this instead of emailing sales when you want a public answer other prospects can learn from.
