The Founding Member program recognizes the buyers who joined Ostrich early and helped shape the platform through reviews, community participation, and direct feedback. Founding Members hold a permanent badge on their profile and receive benefits that will not be available to users who join after the founding cohort closes.
Founding Member status was granted to accounts created before the founding cohort close date that met a minimum activity threshold: at least two submitted reviews and at least five community posts. Accounts that met the date requirement but not the activity threshold had a grace period to complete the activity requirements. The founding cohort is now closed — new accounts cannot qualify.
Founding Member status is tied to your account and cannot be transferred. If you believe you qualified but don't see the badge on your profile, contact support@ostrichintel.com with your account email and the date you joined. The team can manually verify eligibility within two business days.
