Ostrich operates on a give-to-get model for buyers and a subscription model for vendors. Most core functionality is free for buyers; the paid tier removes all friction and unlocks advanced analytics.

Free buyer access

• Browse all vendor profiles and overall scores
• Read the three most recent public reviews per vendor
• Post in the community forum
• Save up to five searches
• Access the comparison tool for up to three vendors

Paid buyer access

• Unlimited review access across all vendors
• Full dimension score breakdowns (implementation, support, ROI, etc.)
• PM profile view data (available on Pro and above)
• Unlimited saved searches with alerts
• Export comparison tables as CSV
