Choosing the Right Plan

Ostrich has separate plan tiers for buyers and vendors. Most buyers never need a paid plan — the give-to-get model provides access to the content you need in exchange for your own reviews. Vendor plans are where subscriptions matter most, and the right tier depends on how actively you want to engage with the platform.

Buyer plans

The free buyer tier covers browsing, limited review reads, saved searches, and the comparison tool. Upgrade to a paid buyer plan if you need full review access without give-to-get obligations, unlimited saved search alerts, or PM view data for vendors you're evaluating. Paid buyer plans are billed individually and are not tied to vendor subscriptions.

Vendor plans

• Starter — Claim and manage your profile, respond to reviews, basic analytics. Best for early-stage or low-traffic listings.
• Growth — Everything in Starter plus ICP score data, PM profile view analytics, featured placement in category searches, and one team member seat.
• Pro — Everything in Growth plus unlimited team seats, competitive benchmarking, review request campaigns, and a dedicated account manager.
