How to Claim Your Listing

If your product is already listed on Ostrich (added by buyers or the Ostrich team), you can claim it to gain vendor-tier access: responding to reviews, managing your profile, viewing ICP score data, and more. Claiming is the first step before any vendor subscription features become available.

Finding your listing

Search for your company or product on the vendors page. If a listing exists, open the profile and look for the "Claim this listing" button near the top right. If no listing exists, you can create one directly from the same page — click "Add your product."

The claim process

Click "Claim this listing" and you'll be prompted to verify that you represent the vendor. You'll choose a verification method (DNS record, email domain match, or manual review) and submit. Once verified, the listing is linked to your account and you can begin managing it. Verification typically resolves within one business day for DNS and email methods; manual review takes 2–3 business days.
