Managing Team Members

Claiming & Verification

After claiming your listing, you can invite colleagues to access the vendor dashboard. Team members can manage the profile, respond to reviews, and view analytics without holding the primary claim. This is useful for distributing responsibility across marketing, customer success, and leadership.

Inviting team members

From your vendor dashboard, navigate to Settings → Team. Enter the work email address of each person you want to invite and assign their role. Invitees receive an email with a link to accept. If they don't yet have an Ostrich account, the link will guide them through signup first.

Roles

  • Admin — Full access: profile editing, review responses, analytics, billing, and team management
  • Editor — Can edit the profile and respond to reviews; cannot access billing or invite other members
  • Viewer — Read-only access to analytics and review data; cannot make changes

Removing access

Admins can remove any team member at any time from Settings → Team. Removal is immediate — the member loses access to the vendor dashboard but retains their personal Ostrich buyer account. The primary claim holder (the account that originally claimed the listing) cannot be removed without transferring the claim first. Contact support@ostrichintel.com to initiate a claim transfer.
