Claiming a listing on Ostrich depends on your role. Property managers and vendors claim their own listings to unlock premium features, respond to reviews, and view analytics. Event organizers claim events to build their audience. Follow the appropriate process for your role below.
If your business is already listed on Ostrich (added by our research team or through buyer submissions), you can claim it to unlock vendor-level access. Search for your company on the vendors page and click "Claim this listing" on your profile. Choose a verification method — email domain match (instant), DNS TXT record (1–48 hours), or manual review (2–3 business days) — and submit. Once verified, you'll gain access to the vendor dashboard where you can respond to reviews, configure your ICP scores, view analytics, and manage team members.
Claim your event from the events directory to manage registration, speaker visibility, and sponsor partnerships. The same verification methods apply. Once claimed, you can update event details, upload logos, and reach buyers directly through Ostrich's event matching system.
After claiming your listing, your next step is configuring Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) scoring. This tells Ostrich which types of buyers are your best fit — by company size, industry, role, and tech stack.
