Subscriptions & Billing
We keep billing transparent and cancellation friction-free. If Ostrich isn't right for you, you can cancel with one click — no support tickets, no retention calls.
Subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annual, based on your selection). Invoice, payment method, and renewal date are visible in Settings → Billing. Monthly plans renew on the same day each month; annual plans renew 365 days from purchase. If your card fails, we'll retry it automatically for three days before pausing your subscription.
Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation is instant and self-serve — your access continues through the end of your current billing period. After the renewal date, your tier reverts to free. Your data (vendor profile, reviews, ICP settings) is preserved and restored if you resubscribe.
Monthly plans: No prorated refunds. If you cancel on day 3 of a 30-day cycle, you keep access for the remaining 27 days but are not refunded for them. This lets us keep monthly pricing competitive.
Annual plans: Eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of the annual term. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of the term. To request an annual refund, contact support@ostrichintel.com within 30 days of purchase.
Your reviews, watchlist, saved searches, and vendor profile remain accessible after cancellation (for vendors, on the free tier). If your paid plan expires, gated features become inaccessible but your data isn't deleted. Resubscribe to get full access again.
