Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions & Billing

You can cancel your Ostrich subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Cancellation is immediate and self-serve — no retention flow, no support ticket required.

What happens after cancellation

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. On the renewal date, access to paid features reverts to the free tier. Your data — reviews you've left, saved searches, watchlist — is preserved. If you resubscribe later, everything is restored.

Refund policy

Ostrich does not offer prorated refunds for cancellations mid-cycle on monthly plans. If you cancel on day 3 of a 30-day cycle, you keep access for the remaining 27 days but are not refunded for them. Annual plans are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of the annual term — contact support@ostrichintel.com within that window. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of the term.

  • Monthly plans: no prorated refunds

  • Data is preserved and restored on resubscription
