Subscriptions & Billing
Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated — you're charged only for the remaining days in your current billing cycle at the new plan's rate. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access to your current tier until then.
Go to Settings → Billing → Change plan. Select the new tier and confirm. For upgrades, you'll see the prorated charge before confirming. For downgrades, you'll see the effective date when the lower tier activates. No support ticket is required — all plan changes are self-serve.
You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time. The switch takes effect immediately and the annual rate is applied starting from the current date — any unused days on your monthly subscription are credited. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual term; you won't be billed monthly until the annual subscription expires.
