For Vendors
The vendor dashboard is your central hub for managing your Ostrich presence. It surfaces your current scores, pending review responses, profile completeness, and ICP analytics in a single view. Access it from your dashboard after claiming and subscribing.
A completeness meter in the top section shows how much of your profile is filled in. Full profiles — logo, description, category tags, pricing tier, key integrations, and trust signals — rank higher in category search results and convert at a higher rate when buyers visit. The meter shows exactly which fields are missing so you know where to focus.
The Reviews tab shows all submitted reviews with their dimension scores, the reviewer's role and company size (anonymized at the reviewer's setting), and a response thread. You have one official vendor response per review. Responses are public and visible to all buyers who read the review. Keep responses factual, professional, and specific — generic thank-you responses add little value to buyers.
The dashboard's analytics panel shows profile views over time, category rank, and the breakdown of buyer roles who viewed your listing.
